Why quorum matters
The Association can only hold its Annual Meeting and elect Directors if more than half of all 6 homes take part, either in person or by proxy. That's 4 homes. In past years quorum was not met, which forced a second meeting weeks later at additional cost to every owner.
Submitting a proxy takes less than 60 seconds and does not stop you from attending. If you come to the meeting, your attendance simply replaces the proxy.
How to submit your proxy
- Open the email from proxy@vote.slccpoa.org and click your personal link.
- Choose the candidates you wish to vote for and confirm your name.
- Type or draw your signature and submit. That's it.
One proxy per home. If a co-owner has already submitted one, your link will tell you so.
After you sign, you receive the signed PDF by email with its fingerprint. Verify your copy against the Association's record at any time.
