Program: Sugarloaf POA text alerts
Sugarloaf Residential Property Owners Association LLC (“the Association”), Duluth, Georgia, sends text messages to property owners and residents about community matters: notices such as gate and amenity closings, holiday office hours, maintenance and safety notices, and meeting announcements, and reminders to vote in the annual Board of Directors election. Voting reminders include the personal voting link for the owner's property. Messages come from (678) 946-2785. The texts are informational; the Association does not send marketing.
How you agree to receive texts
You receive these texts only if you have agreed to them in one of these ways:
- by agreeing to receive text messages when you registered your owner account with the Association's management company;
- by signing up on the text alerts page and checking the consent box; or
- by texting JOIN to (678) 946-2785.
These texts come directly from the Association, not from any third party. Agreeing to them is not a condition of voting, of owning property, or of any purchase. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most months bring few or no texts. Voting reminders are sent only while voting is open, typically no more than three per election, and stop once a property has voted. Texts are generally sent between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern time.
Cost
The Association does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How the Association collects and uses information is described in its privacy policy.
